Joining Linc Health Clinic membership plan allows individuals that need care more frequently for ongoing health issues or disease an opportunity to have reduced prices for the actual visits. Visits can be in the clinic, video, or phone. Membership Enrollment Fee: $50 (one-time payment) Monthly Membership Fee: $30 15-minute appointment: $50 30-minute appointment: $75 45-minute appointment: $100 60-minute appointment: $125
