Functional Medicine Initial Visit

Service Description

Your first appointment at Linc Functional & Integrative Health is a 60-minute comprehensive evaluation designed to give you a full picture of your health and create a plan tailored to your needs. Visit can be conducted via telehealth or in-person. During this visit, we will discuss mood, stress, sleep and emotional well-being. We will also discuss your nutrition, lifestyle and metabolic health such as insulin resistance, inflammation, and energy balance. Your thyroid and hormones (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA-S and cortisol) will be discussed with a focus to optimize health. You will leave with a plan for laboratory testing and next steps on your health journey. Price is prorated based on the time spent beyond the one-hour appointment.
